Simply enter the item description, cost of material and cost of labor. Then simple select various adjustments to the cost. The spreadsheet will show what the project or item sale price should be. Many commercial estimators use this as their only bidding spreadsheet. The ceramic tile selections will add for thinset, mastic and grout depending on the size and quantity of ceramic you select. The amount of thinset, mastic and grout quantities are based on industry standards for tile size and quantities you select. The price per bag or pail can be adjusted. All thinset and grout costs will be rounded up to next full unit so you are never short of setting and grout materials. There are 5 sheets that allow for change orders to the original quote and the revised contract amount is adjusted accordingly.

Options available in the spreadsheet are sales tax, use tax, markup, change orders, extra material and labor costs and commissions based on 20% of profit.
